Institute for the Study of Knowledge Management in Education (ISKME): Math Interactives
The Institute for the Study of Knowledge Management in Education (ISKME) was given a grant by the Bill and Linda Gates Foundation and approached Monarch Media to fix problematic math interactives for grades 7 & 11. The math interactives were originally created in an iPad App for LA County School District, who worked with Pearson on an initiative to provide pre-loaded iPads to every student. Many students, encountered technical issues and some had no access at all. Monarch Media recreated these interactives to fix all functionality issues making them responsive and compatible across all devices and browsers. In addition to stable and solid functionality, Monarch’s design and graphics team worked on enhancing the look and feel of these interactives making them more appealing to users in K-12 grades.
