Health Net: Affordable Care Act Videos
Health Net wanted to educate current and potential customers about the Affordable Care Act (the “Act”) and how it applied to Health Net’s health plans. Beginning in 2013, Monarch Media worked with Health Net to craft a script in both English and Spanish that explained how the Act could assist customers with their insurance premiums.
Once the script was final, Monarch worked with Health Net to create a storyboard. Monarch then created the full videos in both languages that conformed to Health Net’s brand and style guidelines.
In 2014, Health Net hired Monarch to create two more videos on the Affordable Care Act. The client requested that the videos incorporate whiteboard animations. Monarch created the videos using a whiteboard effect without displaying a hand drawing the animations.
Monarch Media has worked with Health Net’s Marketing and Brand departments on several other eLearning projects over the last several years.
